We are seeking a Sales Development Specialist to join our global team and help us expand our impact in the personal and leadership development industry.

As we grow—particularly in Australia—we are looking for a motivated individual to connect with prospective clients, qualify leads, and guide them toward solutions that support their personal and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through social media marketing and strategic outreach.
  • Conduct virtual consultations (phone/Zoom) to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct interviews via phone or zoom using your exceptional communication skills.
  • Foster strong, long-term client relationships
  • Participate in global training to remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Operate autonomously while maintaining high professional standards.

About You

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Initiative-taking, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Marketing experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience (corporate or client-facing roles preferred)
