Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing sales pipelines, and fostering long-term relationships with customers. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, providing tailored product or service recommendations, delivering client presentations, and providing follow-up and support post-sale. In addition, the Sales Specialist will participate in training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and will work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, address inquiries, and foster positive client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive client acquisition, manage sales pipelines, and achieve revenue goals.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role; experience in the technology or digital solutions industry is a plus.
