Data Business Analyst (M/W/D)

We are looking for a Data Business Analyst to support reporting and analytics initiatives by acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role requires strong experience in both backend and frontend design, with a solid understanding of how reporting solutions are structured end to end.

Tasks:

• Gather and document reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Work with business and technical teams on design and validation.
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Ensure reporting solutions are accurate and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory experience in backend and frontend design.
• Experience as a Data Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Good understanding of data models, reporting logic, and BI tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• SAP and Power BI knowledge are strong assets.
• Fluent English.
