Financial Crime, AML & KYC Analyst Hourly contract | Remote Pay: $75-$100 per hour Time Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Snapshot As a Financial Crime Analyst, you will evaluate transaction alerts, draft SAR narratives, and resolve complex ownership structures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Core Responsibilities

• Adjudicate transaction-monitoring alerts and document dispositions.
• Draft SAR narratives where warranted.
• Review client onboarding and KYC packets for completeness.
• Resolve multi-layer beneficial-ownership structures and apply UBO thresholds.
• Adjudicate sanctions and adverse-media hits with rationale.
• Triage supervisory alert queues and adjudicate card fraud and disputes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Have strong relevant experience in AML, financial-crime, KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, fraud/disputes, or transaction surveillance.
• Working knowledge of FinCEN, FATF, OFAC frameworks, and SAR/CDD documentation standards.
• Ability to provide clear, defensible written rationales.
