Job Description

Posted on: March 14, 2026

FilmFund is building next-generation infrastructure for film financing and audience-driven capital formation. We operate at the intersection of film, fintech, and digital asset innovation, with a focus on helping quality film projects access capital, engagement, and distribution more efficiently.

Our platform vision combines capital access, investor infrastructure, and audience activation in a way designed to serve both traditional market participants and emerging digital-asset-native ecosystems.

We are now looking for a high-caliber Investor Relations Lead to build and manage our investor outreach function, strengthen market relationships, and help position FilmFund with the right strategic capital partners globally.

The Role

This is a senior commercial and capital-markets-facing role for someone who understands how to identify, engage, qualify, and nurture investors across both:

  • Traditional regulated capital markets
  • Blockchain / tokenization / digital asset ecosystems

You will help shape FilmFund’s investor narrative, build targeted outreach pipelines, manage strategic conversations, and create a disciplined investor relations process that supports long-term fundraising readiness.

This role is ideal for someone who is commercially sharp, highly credible with investors, and comfortable operating across venture, private capital, fintech, tokenization, and regulated investment environments.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Build and own FilmFund’s investor relations pipeline and outreach strategy
  • Identify and map relevant investor segments globally, including:
  • Venture capital funds
  • Family offices
  • Angel investors
  • Strategic fintech and media investors
  • Digital asset and blockchain funds
  • Tokenization-focused investors
  • Regulated market participants interested in alternative assets or financial innovation
  • Source and qualify investors aligned with FilmFund’s business model, stage, and regulatory direction
  • Develop thoughtful outreach campaigns, investor targeting lists, and relationship management workflows
  • Manage inbound and outbound investor communications with professionalism and consistency
  • Maintain CRM discipline, investor tracking, follow-up cadence, and reporting
  • Coordinate closely with leadership on investor materials, messaging, and data room readiness
  • Refine and communicate FilmFund’s equity, platform, and tokenization positioning in a compliant and commercially credible way
  • Support relationship development with ecosystem participants across film finance, tokenization, digital securities, and capital formation infrastructure
  • Prepare briefing notes, investor profiles, outreach strategies, and meeting summaries
  • Help identify blue-ocean opportunities across both traditional finance and blockchain-native capital networks
  • Contribute to fundraising strategy, market intelligence, and investor feedback analysis

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with strong investor-facing judgment and a real ability to open doors.

Ideal experience includes:

  • Experience in investor relations, capital raising support, fundraising, venture development, business development, private markets, or strategic finance
  • Strong understanding of one or more of the following:
  • Venture capital
  • Private equity / private markets
  • Family office ecosystem
  • Capital markets
  • Digital assets / blockchain
  • Tokenization / real-world assets
  • Media, entertainment, or film finance
  • Proven ability to research, segment, and engage investors in a structured way
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including investor-facing messaging
  • High level of commercial maturity and discretion
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with founders, legal/compliance, strategy, and external stakeholders
  • Excellent pipeline management and relationship-tracking discipline
  • Comfort operating in an international, fast-moving startup environment

Strong Plus If You Have

  • Existing network across VC, family offices, digital asset funds, tokenization investors, fintech investors, or entertainment/media investors
  • Experience with regulated fundraising environments, private placement workflows, or investor qualification processes
  • Familiarity with financial promotion, securities, or investor communications compliance principles
  • Experience in alternative assets, structured finance, SPVs, crowdfunding, broker-dealer ecosystems, or digital securities infrastructure
  • Knowledge of film financing, entertainment finance, or creator economy markets
  • Experience using CRM and investor pipeline tools to manage outreach at scale

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means:

  • Building a high-quality investor pipeline aligned with FilmFund’s strategy
  • Improving response rates and quality of investor conversations
  • Bringing structure and repeatability to our investor outreach efforts
  • Helping leadership access relevant investors from both traditional and blockchain-native markets
  • Strengthening FilmFund’s market credibility, narrative clarity, and fundraising preparedness

Important Compliance Expectation

This role is focused on investor relations, market development, and strategic outreach. It does not involve giving investment advice, making unauthorized financial promotions, or conducting regulated activities without appropriate approvals.

Candidates should be comfortable working within applicable legal and compliance frameworks, including coordination with legal, regulatory, and licensed counterparties where required.

Experience operating carefully in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments is highly valued.

Why Join FilmFund

  • Work at the intersection of film, finance, tokenization, and platform innovation
  • Help shape a category-defining company in a globally relevant market
  • Build relationships across both traditional finance and emerging digital asset capital ecosystems
  • Join a mission-driven team creating new infrastructure for how film projects access capital and audiences
  • Opportunity to play a central role in strategic growth and investor positioning

How to Apply

Please send:

  • Your CV to hello@filmfund.io
  • A short note outlining your relevant investor network and experience
  • Examples of investor ecosystems you have worked with
  • Any relevant experience across traditional finance, private markets, blockchain, tokenization, or media/entertainment finance

We are especially interested in candidates who can combine credible investor access, strategic communication, and disciplined execution.
