Role Responsibilities

• Source, review, and seed real-world public sector finance spreadsheets and artifacts.
• Analyze and interpret ambiguous financial data to support AI training workflows.
• Collaborate with AI teams to enhance partial models with finance-adjacent insights.
• Document data seeding and normalization processes clearly and concisely.
• Support AI model reconstruction, normalization, and extension of unstructured inputs.
• Engage in iterative feedback cycles to improve AI learning outcomes.
• Promote best practices for managing broad, messy finance datasets.

Requirements

• Strong public sector finance or finance-adjacent domain knowledge.
• Experience working with messy, incomplete, or ambiguous financial data sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and in-the-wild financial artifacts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability to undefined workflows and evolving project structures.
