Mortgage Loan Partner - Processor

REMOTE OPPORTUNITY – WORK FROM ANYWHERE We are hiring an experienced Loan Partner / Processor Hybrid to work directly alongside our top-producing mortgage broker to guide applicants through the mortgage loan process. This role serves as the operational backbone of the business. The right candidate will take ownership of files from application through closing, communicate with borrowers and lenders, and ensure loans move smoothly and efficiently through the process. This is a high-trust role for someone who can operate independently, take initiative, and keep the pipeline moving without constant oversight. Evening and weekend coverage is sometimes required. This is handled through a shared on-call schedule so everyone has time off. You are not expected to sit at your desk outside business hours, but when on call, you will be responsible for answering and addressing incoming borrower needs.
