About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team remotely from our New York headquarters. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their data analysis skills within a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, and creating insightful reports to support operational and executive decision-making. You will work closely with our data team to develop and maintain data pipelines, write SQL scripts, and create live dashboards that facilitate strategic planning and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who is a quick learner, reliable, and capable of deep focus, with a passion for leveraging data to drive meaningful insights. Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL, with experience in writing stored procedures and executing ad hoc queries
• Experience with data exploration, cleaning, and transformation
• Basic knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to perform deep work with focus and consistency
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights
• Cleanse and prepare data for analysis and reporting
• Write and optimize SQL scripts for data warehousing and reporting purposes
• Create and maintain live dashboards to support operational and executive teams
• Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively

• Assist in writing and maintaining ETL processes for data integration
