We’ve delivered deals for major gaming IP, SEC/Big12/Big10/ACC NIL programs, renowned music festivals, and more. Our team operates at the intersection of culture, content, and commerce - and we’re now hiring the next key player to help scale our outbound efforts and drive sales.
About the Role
We’re searching for a high-performing Business Development Lead Representative who lives for outreach and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is built for someone who wants to grow, earn, and become a sales leader.
This role is responsible for generating new opportunities, booking meetings, and supporting our Head of Sales with pipeline creation. This is a foundational hire with a direct advancement track toward Account Executive and, ultimately, Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Prospecting
- Execute 50 outbound cold emails, 50 LinkedIn outreach actions, and 25 cold calls daily.
- Generate outbound pipeline targeting brands across CPG, beverage, food, tech, telecom, travel, and more.
- Support in building and refining targeted prospect lists (curated by our marketing team).
2. Demand Generation & Meeting Booking
- Book 40 qualified brand meetings per month for our Head of Sales.
- Research brands, identify partnership opportunities, and provide outreach angles tailored to each vertical.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline across multiple industries and partnership categories.
3. Sales Support & Collaboration
- Assist in crafting tailored decks, outreach copy, and campaign proposals.
- Attend weekly internal sales strategy sessions and pipeline review meetings.
- Provide ongoing feedback on campaign performance and prospect engagement.
4. Growth Path Activities
- Train alongside leadership to develop into a full-funnel AE.
- Build future ownership of discovery calls, proposal development, and deal closure.
- Gain hands-on experience in gaming, sports, NIL, and entertainment partnership sales.
KPIs & Performance Metrics_You’ll be measured on:_
- 40 qualified meetings booked per month
- $500,000 in pipeline generated per quarter with $250,000 in revenue influenced per quarter
- 5 new logos per month
- Email and Cold DM open rate of 35%+
- Response rate of 1.5%+
- Consistent CRM maintenance and accurate forecasting
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
- Proven success in:
- Cold email outreach
- LinkedIn outbound
- Cold calling
- Setting meetings with brand-side decision makers
- Experience in gaming, sports, entertainment, or agency environments is a major plus.

Compensation / Growth
- OTE: $100,000 (Competitive base salary + Uncapped commission structure based on meetings booked and deals closed)
