If you have 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, you would be a great fit for some of the roles we are currently working on!

In This Role, You Will:

  • Engage with inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and fit.
  • Sell and close entry-level offerings (such as HubSpot setup packages, training sessions, or audits).
  • Book discovery meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Solutions Architects.
  • Manage lead data in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Build relationships with prospects by understanding their challenges and communicating Zipcio’s value.
  • Meet or exceed activity and pipeline goals (calls, meetings, conversions).
  • Continuously improve messaging, processes, and prospecting strategies.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are a self-starter who enjoys engaging with prospects and building relationships.
  • Have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence in discovery calls.
  • Are motivated by goals and take ownership of hitting activity and conversion targets.
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment where SDRs, Specialists, and Architects partner closely.
  • Are comfortable using HubSpot CRM (or eager to learn it quickly).
  • Thrive in a startup environment where you can help shape sales processes.

**Total compensation for this position will be $45,000-49,500k, along with a full competitive benefits package.**This is a fully remote opportunity.
