*   Ensure financial integrity and control in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
*   Collaborate with the regional GM on commercial initiatives such as tenders and volume/cost/price analysis for new customers.
*   Manage the Balance Sheet, Working Capital, and Cash Flow, including recording actuals, budgeting/forecasting, and optimizing business resources.
*   Guide and coordinate external audit processes, ensuring alignment with auditors and the Finance Shared Service Center.
*   Review monthly accounts prepared by the FSSC, ensuring alignment with FND submissions and support for all inter-company balances.
*   Coordinate forecasts and budgets for balance sheet, cash flow, and specific P&L areas, including insurance, restructuring, bank charges, interest, property, and tax.
*   Partner effectively with all stakeholders, including non-Finance, GFLT, FSSC, and international colleagues.

*   Significant experience in Financial Controlling roles.
