We are seeking a strategic, empathetic, and results-driven Campaign Manager to design, lead, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, interest, and sign-ups for our self-pay, digital mental health services (ADHD, ASD, General Adult, and beyond). This is a role that blends performance-driven marketing expertise with a deep respect for the sensitive nature of our work. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing campaigns across multiple priorities—from scaling new private (direct-to-consumer) services, to enabling colleagues to expand go-to-market channels and audiences (B2B), and building awareness, trust, and credibility among key influencer groups, including NHS primary care organisations. This is a chance to help shape our first marketing-led growth strategies. This is a home-based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face-to-face meetings at various locations within the UK. As Our Campaign Manager You Will
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that communicate the emotional significance of Psychiatry-UK’s services and support patients in making informed decisions.
- Lead SEO strategy and implementation to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and reach.
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), ensuring effective budget allocation and meaningful engagement.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, build trust, and enhance patient engagement.
- Oversee social media strategy and content creation, aligning with campaign goals and fostering community engagement.
- Plan, promote, and deliver events (including webinars, conferences, and outreach initiatives) that educate audiences and strengthen trust.
- Select and adapt marketing channels to fit campaign objectives, demonstrating sound judgement and strategic insight.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, ensuring all activities deliver measurable ROI and uphold Psychiatry-UK’s reputation for quality, care, and trust.
- Collaborate closely with clinical, commercial, and communications teams to ensure messaging is accurate, sensitive, and aligned with organisational values.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the healthcare and mental health sectors.
To Succeed As Our Campaign Manager, You Will Have
- Proven experience in campaign management across digital and event channels.
- Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Demonstrable experience in selecting the right mix of channels to meet campaign objectives and delivering strong, trackable ROI.
- Evidence of working with high trust, credibility brands within direct response / sales led campaigns.
- Self-sufficient - strong copy writing and creative skills - doesn't need the support of an agency to deliver high quality campaigns
- Experience planning and delivering events, both online and in-person.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Desirable Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Experience in digital mental health or healthcare marketing.
- Understanding of the UK mental health landscape and patient needs.
