About the role:
Our client, an award-winning cycle insurance provider, is seeking a Growth Marketing Executive to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. You will manage lifecycle marketing campaigns, oversee essential customer communications, optimise website content, and design automated customer journeys.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage lifecycle stages (sign-up, conversion, retention, win-back) and targeted campaigns.
- Execute CRM campaigns to drive engagement and retention, personalising messaging for different customer segments.
- Oversee essential transactional communications.
- Ensure the website communicates product benefits effectively to maximise conversions.
- Design and implement automated workflows and nurture streams using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with market leads and product teams to refine customer segments, positioning, and messaging.
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in high-growth D2C companies.
- Strong technical marketing skills with CRM platforms; CMS experience desirable.
- Knowledge of Webflow and coding languages (Liquid, CSS, HTML) an advantage.
- Experience in data-driven campaign optimisation.
- Additional fluency in French, German, or Dutch a bonus.
