About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, personable, and client-facing Junior SharePoint Consultant to join our high-performing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the legal technology consulting space, delivering transformative technology solutions for leading law firms across the US and UK.

As a Microsoft Partner and trusted adviser to top-tier legal firms, our consultancy specialises in accelerating technology adoption, managing change, and delivering innovative solutions that make a real difference.

You’ll gain exposure to large-scale transformation programmes, Microsoft 365 and Fabric technologies, and enterprise-level clients—all within a supportive environment that prioritises learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and set up SharePoint Online environments for enterprise clients.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and Logic Apps.
• Leverage Azure AI Search to deliver intelligent information discovery solutions.
• Use ShareGate for migrations, governance, and environment management.
• Apply SharePoint architecture best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Manage and integrate Active Directory (AD) and other security models.
• Contribute to projects involving Microsoft Fabric technology, enabling advanced data analytics and visualisation capabilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients in a consultative, problem-solving capacity.

Skills & Experience

• Practical experience in SharePoint Online configuration and administration.
• Working knowledge of Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure AI Search, ShareGate, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Understanding of SharePoint architecture and governance best practices.
• Familiarity with AD and security model implementation.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skill, confident, engaging, and solutions-oriented.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
