Role Description

This is a full-time, commission only, performance-based compensation remote role for a Sales Business Development professional, with the opportunity to earn a 6 digit salary. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with customers. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing market trends, creating strategic plans to meet sales targets, and collaborating with the internal team to deliver value-driven solutions. The role emphasizes proactive communication and the ability to drive meaningful business connections in the pharma and biotech sectors.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, spot trends, and develop actionable strategies.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently in remote settings and meet targets effectively.
  • Experience in the pharma or biotech industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
