- We are expanding globally and looking for driven Sales Executives to help us onboard businesses and scale our customer base.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive at Pepcut, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (B2B focus)
- Present and demonstrate Pepcut’s SaaS solutions to prospects
- Convert leads into paying customers
- Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting → closing → follow-up)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for growth strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
💰 Compensation & Pay Structure
We offer flexible earning models:
Option 1: Base + Commission
- Base Salary: $300 – $800/month (based on experience)
- Commission: 15% – 30% recurring commission per sale
Option 2: Commission-Only (High Earning Potential)
- 25% – 40% recurring commission
- Ideal for high performers & freelancers
Option 3: Hybrid / Custom Packages
- Tailored for experienced sales professionals
- Top performers can earn $1,500 – $5,000+/month depending on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or SaaS sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical products simply
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM tools and online sales platforms is a plus
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience selling to UK / US / global markets
- Knowledge of digital marketing, automation, or websites
- Familiarity with SaaS products or subscription-based sales
- LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, or closing high-ticket deals
