Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Marketing Manager to support and help deliver our marketing strategies. This is a full-time, fully remote role offering flexibility, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to grow into a senior marketing leadership position. As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will work closely with senior marketing leadership to support campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital channels. This role is ideal for a developing marketing professional who is ready to take ownership of projects, build management skills, and contribute to impactful, community-driven marketing initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy Support & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Assist in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and online advertising channels
  • Help track goals, KPIs, and campaign performance metrics

Content & Social Media Management

  • Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other digital channels
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Support community engagement by monitoring interactions and responding where appropriate

SEO, SEM & Online Marketing

  • Assist in implementing SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and on-page improvements
  • Support SEM and paid advertising campaigns, helping optimize targeting and performance
  • Contribute to increasing website traffic, visibility, and online engagement

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Monitor performance using web analytics tools and campaign dashboards
  • Assist in preparing marketing performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Help optimize campaigns based on performance data and testing

Collaboration & Team Support

  • Work closely with internal teams and local business partners to support promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Assist with coordinating campaigns and marketing assets
  • Support senior team members with day-to-day marketing activities and project management

Learning, Innovation & Development

  • Stay up to date with marketing trends, digital tools, and best practices
  • Proactively contribute ideas to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Continuously develop marketing, leadership, and analytical skills

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience or strong interest in marketing, digital marketing, or social media marketing
  • Basic understanding of online marketing, SEO, SEM, and web analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and understand performance trends
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a remote work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Desirable Skills (Nice To Have)

  • Experience working with local businesses, directories, or community-focused platforms
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools, or social media scheduling platforms
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience supporting marketing campaigns or projects
