This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, B2B Marketing in Australia. This role offers the opportunity to lead the B2B marketing strategy for a mission-driven, high-growth organization. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs that drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and establish competitive positioning. The position requires close collaboration with sales, product, and executive teams to translate market insights into campaigns that engage businesses and accelerate growth. You will oversee brand strategy, content creation, PR initiatives, and data-driven marketing efforts while leading a high-performing team. This is a hands-on, strategic role with the autonomy to shape marketing priorities and influence company growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and brings a mix of creativity, analytical rigor, and leadership skills. Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to define target audience profiles and optimize the sales funnel
  • Develop and execute B2B lead-generation campaigns using email marketing, webinars, trade shows, and custom initiatives
  • Produce persuasive marketing materials to support prospect acquisition and nurture pipelines
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and differentiators to strengthen market presence
  • Plan and execute PR campaigns, including press releases, media interviews, and speaking engagements
  • Design and oversee a content strategy for digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and tone
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience studies to inform marketing initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and iterate strategies to maximize impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8–10 years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within SaaS, startup, or high-growth environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder influence and collaboration
  • Proven expertise in managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools, including email marketing, SEO, PPC, CRO, and content creation/design
  • Demonstrated ability to build and inspire high-performing teams, fostering accountability and growth
  • Experience creating custom marketing campaigns, organizing webinars, managing trade shows, and crafting press materials
