- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to define target audience profiles and optimize the sales funnel
- Develop and execute B2B lead-generation campaigns using email marketing, webinars, trade shows, and custom initiatives
- Produce persuasive marketing materials to support prospect acquisition and nurture pipelines
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and differentiators to strengthen market presence
- Plan and execute PR campaigns, including press releases, media interviews, and speaking engagements
- Design and oversee a content strategy for digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and tone
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience studies to inform marketing initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and iterate strategies to maximize impact
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within SaaS, startup, or high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder influence and collaboration
- Proven expertise in managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools, including email marketing, SEO, PPC, CRO, and content creation/design
- Demonstrated ability to build and inspire high-performing teams, fostering accountability and growth
- Experience creating custom marketing campaigns, organizing webinars, managing trade shows, and crafting press materials
