Access Wealth is an Australian property investment advisory firm that helps everyday Australians invest in property, without the BS.
Most clients come to us because they know they should be doing more financially, but something is getting in the way. For some, it’s not knowing where to start or whether property investing is even possible for them. For others, it’s understanding the concept but not having the time to research markets, assess properties, and manage the process properly. And for many, it’s simply the effort required to do it all well alongside work, family, and other responsibilities.
Our role is to help clients work through those barriers by explaining how property investing works in practical terms, assessing suitability, and managing the process end to end where appropriate.
We’re in a major growth phase. In 2025, the business roughly tripled, and by the end of Q1 2026 we’re on track to roughly double our team size again. We’re building a high-performing team to support that growth and to help more clients navigate property investing with clarity and confidence.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and help us build it properly.
This is a hands-on, senior role. You won’t be inheriting a fully built marketing department with polished processes and playbooks. You’ll be expected to come in, assess what exists today, and help put structure around how marketing operates as the business scales.
Initially, you’ll be the core internal marketing resource, working closely with external agencies. Over time, you’ll help shape the systems, standards, and processes that allow the function to grow, with the opportunity to build a team around you as needed.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Client Acquisition and our Sales Manager, sitting upstream of sales and influencing the quality of conversations that happen with prospective clients.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Taking ownership of the marketing function and helping formalise how it operates
- Managing and directing external marketing agencies (paid media and SEO)
- Reviewing and auditing ads, funnels, tracking, messaging, and performance
- Planning lead flow in line with sales capacity and growth plans
- Improving booking rates, funnel performance, and early-stage alignment
- Designing and refining lead journeys based on entry channel and intent
- Owning lead form and qualification question design
- Building internal marketing reports (we don’t rely solely on agency dashboards)
- Establishing and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels
- Overseeing organic social channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram), including post cadence and comment management
- Owning content strategy for the website and longer-form assets (e.g. blogs, guides, resources)
- Briefing and reviewing content created internally or by external writers
- Staying across platform rules and ad policies to manage account and compliance risk
Who This Role Is For
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
- Are currently hands-on with paid media, especially Meta
- Have experience managing agencies and are comfortable scrutinising their work
- Have strong attention to detail and can give clear, direct feedback
- Are comfortable building structure where it doesn’t fully exist yet
- Can operate autonomously without step-by-step instructions
- Enjoy taking ownership and shaping how a function runs
Experience in property or finance is highly regarded, but not required. Judgment, initiative, and execution matter more.

Compensation & GrowthBase Salary: Competitive, aligned to experience and role scope
Total OTE: $170,000 – $215,000+ (performance-based)
