We're a boutique, fast-growing brokerage looking for an experienced Loan Processor to join our team in a flexible work-from-home environment.

The roleIf you're a gun at preparing and submitting deals, this is your role.
You're the engine room. Once a client accepts their strategy, the file is yours to get match-fit: chase down every document, build it cleanly in the CRM, flag the landmines early, and hand credit a file so ready they can't help but smile. Then when credit's done their magic, it comes back to you for the final polish and lodgement. Your file, your standards, start to finish.
Your days will include:
Getting the file ready
- Owning document collection - chasing what's missing, keeping clients in the loop, and jumping on the phone when that gets it done faster
- Reviewing, verifying and filing documents so cleanly that nobody ever has to ask "where's the...?"
- Digging through statements, liabilities and credit files - spotting the issues before they become problems
- Building the full financial position in the CRM so credit picks up a file that's ready to go
- Keeping brokers and credit across exactly what's outstanding - no one ever wonders where your files are at
Getting the deal lodged
- Ordering valuations and running pricing requests
- Pulling the final application package together once credit has worked their side
- Lodging through Apply Online (AOL) with every document exactly where the lender wants it
- Sending every submission out complete, compliant and clean - first time, every time
The satisfying part? These are deals that change people's lives, and your work is what gets them over the line.
You'll be a great fit if you- Have 2+ years processing loans in a brokerage or lending environment - and you're genuinely good at it
- Handle volume without dropping standards - high-volume brokerage experience is a big plus
- Take actual pride in a clean file - you're the one who notices the missing page, the mismatched figure, the statement that doesn't add up
- Communicate warmly and clearly with clients - many of ours are anxious, and you're the calm voice that keeps them moving
- Own your work - WFH suits people who don't need to be chased
- Flag things early, ask when unsure, and never leave anyone wondering where a file is at
- Mercury (Connective) experience
- Apply Online (AOL) lodgement experience
- Exposure to debt consolidation, non-prime or specialist lending
These aren't dealbreakers - if you're a sharp, experienced processor, we'll back you to learn our systems and our niche.
Remuneration$75,000 - $90,000 + super, reflective of experience, with KPI/bonus incentives for the right person.
