Role Description
This full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst role is responsible for supporting Dolce Glow’s financial health and strategic growth through detailed analysis and planning. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and maintaining financial models, assisting with budgeting and forecasting cycles, and analyzing revenue, costs, and profitability across products and channels. The analyst will track key performance indicators, prepare financial reports and dashboards, and provide insights to leadership that inform pricing, product, and investment decisions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, validating financial data, and supporting month-end and quarter-end review processes. This position requires comfort working independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years relevant experience

- Strong Financial Planning, Finance knowledge, and understanding of core accounting and financial principles.
- Advanced Analytical Skills with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience in Budgeting & Forecasting, including planning cycles and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling, including building and maintaining models in spreadsheets or BI tools.
- High level of proficiency with Excel or similar tools; familiarity with financial or ERP systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial partners.
- Ability to work remotely, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience in consumer products, beauty, or e-commerce environments is beneficial.
