Job Description
Hustle Notice Biz is hiring for the Financial Analyst role. In this position, you will analyze financial performance, trends, forecasts, and business drivers. The work supports customer support, administrative services, project coordination, records, reporting, and day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates based in New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Collect and validate financial and operating data used in recurring management reporting.
- Build and maintain forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, financial models, and performance dashboards.
- Investigate material changes in revenue, cost, margin, cash flow, or other financial measures.
- Prepare concise financial summaries and decision-support materials for managers and stakeholders.
- Improve reporting models, assumptions, source documentation, and recurring analytical processes.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis while protecting confidential company information.
- Strong spreadsheet modeling, analytical, and financial-reporting skills.
- Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business metrics.
- Experience with financial systems, BI tools, or SQL is helpful.
- Ability to turn detailed analysis into clear management-ready conclusions.
- Strong judgment, documentation, and attention to detail.
