The Role

Responsibilities
- Define clear business objectives focused on driving revenue and achieving long-term, sustainable growth.
- Attract, identify, and engage clients through strategic digital outreach and proven acquisition methods across major social and professional platforms.
- Lead professional sales discussions using a consultative, solution-oriented approach tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent, values-based communication.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and efficient systems to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and optimize the sales pipeline.
- Effectively manage workflows and sales pipelines using CRM platforms and structured processes.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand reach, strengthen market presence, and improve conversion rates.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance overall performance and productivity.
- Engage consistently in weekly development discussions to sharpen your business and leadership skills.
