Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you’ll transform data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making across the company. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, measure performance, and shape strategic direction through data.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and success metrics
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across sources
• Present insights in a clear, concise, and actionable way to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences
