We are currently seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. As a key member of the Demand Generation team, you will manage high-budget, multi-channel campaigns and drive measurable growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and programmatic display.
- Develop comprehensive paid media plans aligned with business objectives and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Campaigns, Content, Product Marketing, Sales) to ensure consistent messaging and optimize funnel performance.
- Support regional sales teams with tailored campaigns, aligning with performance targets and accelerating the sales pipeline.
- Analyze campaign performance, reallocate budgets to high-performing channels, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective messaging, creative, and targeting strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (leads, MQLs, SQLs, signups, revenue), ensuring consistent performance tracking.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain innovation.
Key Criteria:
- 6+ years of experience managing B2B paid media campaigns, ideally within SaaS or tech environments.
- Proven track record of scaling paid media channels and managing $1M+ annual budgets efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Expertise in ABM strategies, integrating paid media into account-based marketing.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong understanding of attribution models, lead scoring, and marketing funnel strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders.
