Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, remote Business Development Manager. You are able to work from any country in the world and choose your own hours. For now the role is COMMISSION ONLY but it will be a very generous percentage.

We have a number of products and services we need help in getting clients and customers. We will provide you with tools and potential lead data for you perform outreach to.

The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing. Responsibilities include conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing tailored proposals and presentations, and collaborating with product and development teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also involves forecasting and reporting on sales performance, attending relevant industry events, and providing feedback from the market to help shape go-to-market strategies and product enhancements.

Qualifications

We are accepting any candidate who may not have a lot of experience in Sales/Business Development but who is keen to develop themselves.

Desirable but not mandatory:

  • Skills in business development, B2B sales, and account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in business terms.
  • Competence in using CRM tools, sales analytics, and productivity software to manage opportunities and report on performance.
  • Familiarity with software or technology solutions, especially desktop and mobile applications, and the ability to understand product capabilities and client use cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience conducting market research and identifying growth opportunities.
