About Us

Hightest Talent Ltd is a leading Recruitment & HR Services Firm based in London. We are looking for a Client Acquisition- Business Development Manager to join our firm.

Client Acquisition and Management:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • As a Client Acquisition Consultant you will actively seek new clients by using your contacts and connections and other forms of marketing
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies, understanding their specific needs, culture, and recruitment requirements. 
  • Needs Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough research on client companies and their open positions to understand their unique needs and culture. 
  • Negotiation:
  • Negotiate fees, salaries, and terms with clients 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
