Client Acquisition and Management:
- Sales and Business Development:
- As a Client Acquisition Consultant you will actively seek new clients by using your contacts and connections and other forms of marketing
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies, understanding their specific needs, culture, and recruitment requirements.
- Needs Assessment:
- Conduct thorough research on client companies and their open positions to understand their unique needs and culture.
- Negotiation:
- Negotiate fees, salaries, and terms with clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
