Senior Partnership Manager
Job Description
Posted on: February 16, 2026
Senior Partnerships Manager - Leading Care Technology Platform | UK-Based (Remote)
Futureheads have partnered with an established and rapidly growing health technology organization that is transforming how care is delivered across the UK's health and social care sector. With a sector-leading partnership programme and strong brand recognition, they're building meaningful connections between innovative digital solutions and the providers who need them most.
This is not your typical partnerships role. Our client has built one of the most respected partnership ecosystems in the sector - prioritizing quality relationships over quantity, driving genuine ROI for partners, and operating as a trusted consultancy rather than a transactional vendor. They're looking for someone who can balance strategic relationship-building with commercial discipline and technical understanding.
They're seeking a rare talent: a Senior Partnerships Manager who is equal parts relationship builder, commercial operator, and sector expert. This is a hands-on role where you'll own partnership revenue, manage a portfolio of established partners, and act as a trusted advisor to customers navigating complex digital transformations.
We're open to candidates with different backgrounds - if you have strong experience in health/social care partnerships or channel sales, we can discuss the specifics.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and growing an established network of approved integration partners, conducting regular relationship calls and providing ongoing support
- Carrying quota responsibility for both partner contracting targets and strategic channel sales opportunities
- Onboarding new partners to the programme and ensuring they understand product capabilities and customer needs
- Leading commercial negotiations and managing partner agreements from application through to contract
- Maintaining ROI trackers, pipeline management, and partnership performance reporting
- Supporting interoperability discussions with customers, helping them navigate digital horizon scanning and solution selection
- Creating and cascading channel enablement materials in collaboration with product and technical teams
- Building the organization's credibility and trust across the partner ecosystem through consistent, high-quality engagement
- Working cross-functionally with product, technical, revenue, and marketing teams to optimize partner engagement
- Staying deeply informed on the evolving digital landscape across healthcare and social care sectors
About you:
- 3+ years of experience working in the health or social care sector with working knowledge of current digital systems and the integration landscape
- Proven track record in partnerships, channel sales, or business development with clear ownership of revenue targets
- Demonstrated success carrying and achieving quota through partners or indirect channels
- Experience negotiating and managing commercial partner agreements with attention to detail
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability - you're comfortable both with big-picture planning and detailed admin
- Technically minded with genuine interest in third-party integrations and interoperability
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to be a senior voice with customers while maintaining warmth and approachability
- Data-driven approach to performance management with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and reporting
- Natural consultant mindset - you prioritize advising customers correctly over pushing for commission
- Collaborative team player who thrives working across multiple functions and supporting deals beyond your own quota
- Strong understanding of NHS, UK health, or social care landscapes (desirable: degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare technology or digital health)
What's on offer:
- 65K + OTE of 35K (Uncapped)
- Opportunity to shape and grow a sector-leading partnership programme with established KPIs and attribution reporting
- Direct partnership with the Director of Partner and Business Engagement
- Work with an established partner network and trusted brand in the health and social care sector
- Culture of warmth, collaboration, and sector expertise where reputation and quality matter
- Chance to make genuine impact on digital transformation across UK health and social care
- Role based in UK with flexibility for partner engagement and customer meetings
