Overview
Valurek Workforce Management is building a high-performance Business Development unit to scale cross-border workforce execution across DACH and international markets.
The Freelance Business Developer / Closer plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, acquiring strategic B2B clients and expanding long-term partnerships.
Success in this position means:
- Consistently generating and closing qualified B2B leads
- Building trusted relationships with decision-makers
- Converting workforce demand into structured commercial agreements
- Delivering measurable revenue impact
This role has direct influence on company growth and market expansion.
🔹 RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients in need of workforce solutions
- Conduct strategic outreach via LinkedIn, phone and direct channels
- Qualify client workforce requirements and commercial potential
- Present Valurek’s End-to-End Workforce Execution model professionally
- Negotiate commercial terms and close placement agreements
- Coordinate with internal operations to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain structured pipeline management and reporting
- Build long-term partnerships instead of transactional deals
🔹 QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking high-performance, self-driven professionals with a strong commercial mindset.
Required:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or closing
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value deals
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Independent, performance-driven working style
- Comfortable working commission-based with uncapped earning potential
- Professional English proficiency (German is a plus)
Preferred:
- Experience in workforce solutions, recruitment, staffing or related sectors
- Existing B2B network within DACH or European markets
- Experience selling services in compliance-driven industries
