RC Private Clients is a UK-based specialist funding firm focused on complex, high-value and time-sensitive business and property transactions. We support business owners, property investors and professional advisers whose funding requirements fall outside mainstream bank criteria. Including refinance pressure, bridging, development finance, structured exits, urgent completions and non-standard lending structures. Acting as a professional introducer, we connect clients to an established panel of private lenders, private banks, family offices, specialist credit funds and FCA-authorised intermediaries where required. Our approach is relationship-driven, commercially pragmatic and compliance-aware. We focus on early case assessment, realistic expectations and delivering transactions that complete.
Our target is to fund £1 billion of transactions by 2027.
To achieve this, we are expanding regionally with experienced Business Development Managers who want autonomy, earning power and scale.
The Opportunity
This is not a salaried sales role. This is an opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional to:
- Run your geographic region like your own business
- Operate under the RC Private Clients brand
- Access our private lending panel and capital relationships
- Earn uncapped, industry-leading commissions
- Build long-term introducer and borrower relationships
High performers can earn £100,000+ per annum. Earnings are uncapped and directly linked to performance.
Role Overview
This is a full-time remote commission-only Business Development position. You will be responsible for originating new funding opportunities, building professional relationships and driving deal flow within your region. You will operate with autonomy but with the support of our back-office, packaging team and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Generation -
- Identify and approach business owners, property investors and professional introducers
- Attend networking events, property forums and finance events in your region
- Build referral relationships with accountants, solicitors, brokers and developers
- Promote RC Private Clients via LinkedIn and relevant social platforms
- Proactively create deal flow rather than waiting for inbound enquiries
Case Qualification & Packaging -
- Conduct initial client fact-finds
- Assess viability and funding suitability
- Prepare clear summaries for internal review
- Work closely with our back-office team to progress transactions
- Align cases with appropriate lender criteria
Relationship Management -
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and introducers
- Build long-term partnerships rather than transactional contacts
- Provide daily updates to senior management
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility

Candidate Profile
This role is suited to experienced, self-driven professionals who:
- Have a strong background in sales or business development
- Understand business finance, property finance or specialist lending
- Are confident working on a commission-only structure
- Are comfortable meeting clients face-to-face
- Have experience building professional networks
- Can operate independently in a remote environment
- Are target-driven and commercially ambitious
This is not suitable for entry-level candidates or those seeking a basic salary.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven business development or sales experience
- Understanding of lending structures and funding solutions
- Knowledge of bridging, development finance or commercial lending preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical ability to assess funding viability
- Familiarity with regulatory boundaries in financial services
- CRM proficiency
Experience in financial services, property finance or private capital is highly advantageous.
