Role Description
We’re hiring a Head of Performance to own and elevate paid acquisition across our in-house brands and our client portfolio.
This is not a “campaign manager” role.
You will lead performance strategy across Google Ads and Meta Ads, drive measurable growth for established service businesses, and take ownership of results — without being micromanaged.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait for instructions.
We want someone who tells us:
- What needs to happen
- Why it needs to happen
- What you’re testing next
- What’s working
- What isn’t
- And how we scale it
You’ll be stepping into a growing performance-led agency with clear standards and serious growth ambition.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Owning Google Ads strategy and execution across multiple client accounts
- Leading Meta Ads strategy and performance direction
- Designing structured testing roadmaps (not random tweaks)
- Improving tracking, attribution, and performance clarity
- Identifying scaling opportunities and budget expansion moments
- Working closely with SEO, creative, and web teams to align growth efforts
- Delivering performance insights, not just reporting metrics
- Holding a high standard of accountability for client outcomes
Over time, you may help shape:
- Performance frameworks
- Internal playbooks
- Hiring junior performance talent
- Offer development and pricing structure
What We're Looking For:
You likely:
- Have 3–5+ years experience in a performance agency OR
- Have operated as a freelancer managing paid media and want more stability, team collaboration, and growth
- Have managed meaningful monthly ad budgets
- Understand conversion rate optimisation and landing page performance, and how to brief web designers on making the changes that drive improvements
- Think in terms of pipeline, revenue, and LTV, not just clicks
- Are proactive, not reactive
- Continuously test, learn, and evolve your skillset
- Take pride in client wins
- Want to build something meaningful long-term
You should be confident making strategic calls without needing daily direction.
