Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in fast-paced, digital, or tech-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business impact.
• Deep understanding of modern product management practices, process optimization, and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and data-informed decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Experience building no-code/low-code prototypes or tools to validate product hypotheses.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
• Prior business analysis experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
