Fluid is the AI-powered cashier trusted by iGaming operators to improve deposit conversion. 50+ brands run on Fluid today, processing millions of transactions every month. We're a fintech, but we have operator background, and we're growing fast with a small, senior team.

We're hiring a Business Development Manager whose job is simple to describe and hard to do: get operators in the room. You won't be selling alone, we train you, we join your demos, and we help you close. What you bring is the network and the hustle.

The bar: 2-3 qualified operator demos on the calendar, every week.What you'll do

  • Open doors. Use your iGaming network to book 2-3 qualified operator demos a week.
  • Bring operators to the table — we co-run the demo and help you close. You own the relationship.
  • Work every channel: your contacts, LinkedIn, and the conferences (SiGMA, iGB, ICE).
  • Land and expand: turn one brand into a multi-brand rollout.
  • Keep the CRM (we love Attio) honest so we can forecast and back you up.

What we need (one non-negotiable)

  • An active network of iGaming operators. This is the deal-breaker. Casino, sportsbook, sweepstakes — any licenses, any jurisdiction (MGA, Curaçao, Anjouan, UKGC — we genuinely don't mind).
  • 2–4 years in iGaming business development, sales, affiliate or account management — enough to know how operators actually buy.
  • Energized by a high-activity target and motivated by uncapped earnings.
  • Comfortable with a lean base because you back yourself to earn the upside.
  • Self-directed, remote-disciplined, fluent English.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling payments / PSP / platform / SaaS into operators.
  • Additional European languages.
