Outbound & Cold Calling Focus | B2B | Target-Driven Role
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with a strong background in outbound sales and cold calling to join our growing team.
This is a pure hunter role. If you thrive on proactive outreach, structured activity targets, and opening doors with senior decision-makers, this opportunity is built for you.
The Role
You will be responsible for generating new leads through structured cold calling and targeted outreach activities, operating against clearly defined KPIs and activity benchmarks.
This is not an inbound account management position. Success in this role depends on discipline, resilience, and consistent outbound execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns targeting C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Run structured outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn (with primary focus on telephone prospecting).
- Generate qualified discovery meetings through direct outreach.
- Build and manage a predictable outbound pipeline aligned to weekly KPIs.
- Qualify prospects effectively and progress opportunities through early-stage sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline hygiene.
- Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and objection trends.
Performance Metrics
- Daily and weekly call activity targets
- Meetings booked per week
- Conversion rate from conversation to qualified meeting
- Sales-qualified opportunities generated
- Contribution to new revenue pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales or business development.
- Proven track record in cold calling and proactive pipeline generation.
- Comfortable operating in a high-activity, KPI-driven environment.
- Strong objection handling and closing-for-meeting capability.
- Experience engaging mid-market or enterprise stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
