ABOUT THE ROLE
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Entry-Level Sales Manager. This role focuses on supporting sales initiatives, managing client relationships, tracking performance metrics, and helping drive business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support sales and business development activities
- Manage customer communications and follow-ups
- Track sales pipeline and performance metrics
- Assist with proposals and client presentations
- Maintain CRM systems and account records
- Coordinate with internal teams on client requests
- Prepare sales reports and business updates
- Support account growth initiatives
- Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement
- Assist with onboarding and relationship management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Support special projects and operational tasks
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, administration, or support roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Professional and results-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities
