As part of our continued U.S. growth, we’re seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Director of Sales – Western U.S. to lead our market presence across key western states, driving sales growth through our network of independent representative groups and strategic customer relationships.

Purpose of the Role

The Director of Sales will lead Camira’s commercial performance across the western U.S., responsible for sales growth, market development, and customer engagement in the hospitality, leisure, and commercial interiors sectors.

Reporting to the President of Camira Group Inc., this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, developing strong partnerships across the A&D community, OEMs, and end users, while inspiring and enabling Rep Groups to grow sales and elevate Camira’s brand presence in the region.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Market Leadership

  • Lead, manage (indirectly), and motivate a network of Rep Groups to deliver ambitious regional sales and specification targets.
  • Develop and execute a territory growth plan aligned with Camira’s U.S. strategy and global commercial objectives.
  • Drive pipeline creation and conversion through proactive engagement with key A&D firms, OEMs, and end users.
  • Use data and insight to identify high-potential sectors, accounts, and projects where Camira can expand its footprint.
  • Partner with the President to establish performance KPIs and ensure disciplined execution across the region.

Brand Building & Market Activation

  • Bring the Camira brand story to life — communicating design, quality, sustainability, and service excellence with confidence and authenticity.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and CEU sessions to designers, specifiers, and procurement teams.
  • Represent Camira at industry trade shows, events, and design showcases, strengthening visibility and credibility.
  • Support new product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring strong local activation and customer engagement.

Customer Experience & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing teams in the U.S. and Head Office to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Build deep relationships with key clients, dealer networks, and design firms to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Share customer and market insights with the President and global teams to inform product, innovation, and strategy.

  • Contribute to a ONE TEAM culture that’s collaborative, accountable, and commercially focused.
  • Lead with enthusiasm, curiosity, and professionalism — inspiring Rep Groups and colleagues to achieve shared success.

Candidate ProfileEducation & Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in sales or business development within design-led B2B sectors
  • Demonstrated success selling through the A&D channel and managing complex, project-based sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to lead or influence independent sales rep groups, distributors, or partner networks.
  • Strong communicator and presenter with a consultative, relationship-driven sales style.
  • Proficient in CRM and digital tools; familiarity with using digital and social platforms for sales enablement is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% across the western U.S.
