Business Development Manager

We're partnering with an expanding cleantech infrastructure company to hire Business Development Managers. You’ll play a key role in shaping the UK's EV charging landscape, forging new partnerships, securing revenue and driving strategic growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline across commercial, fleet, and public sector markets.
- Deal Development: Craft commercial models and lead contract negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Client & Partner Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to create impactful solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, Operations, and more to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- AI-Enabled Tools: Utilize AI to enhance research, proposal development, and customer insights, accelerating growth.
đź’ˇ What You Bring:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development (ideally in EV charging, energy, mobility, or SaaS).
- Deep understanding of commercial, fleet, or public sector ecosystems.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure profitable, risk-balanced deals.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and balance multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driver’s license & willingness to travel as required.
