We are building something that doesn’t exist yet.

Eco Beach City is not just a project. It’s a new kind of place in the world — a global eco-city being created from scratch on the oceanfront in Indonesia, where entrepreneurs, creators and investors come together to build, live and grow.

And we are just getting started.

As we expand globally, we are looking for a few exceptional people in marketing, partnerships and community growth who want to be part of this from the inside — not as spectators, but as builders.

What you will do

Your mission is simple, but powerful: help us grow a global movement.

You will:

• Build partnerships with international real estate agents and property networks

• Connect with entrepreneurs, creators, investors and communities worldwide

• Create strategic collaborations with influencers and global partners

• Grow and activate the international Eco Beach City community

• Identify new growth, marketing and expansion opportunities

• Help position Eco Beach City as a global hub for lifestyle, innovation and entrepreneurship

Who we are looking for

We are not looking for employees.

We are looking for builders.

People who are:

• Entrepreneurial and proactive

• Natural communicators who know how to build relationships

• Comfortable operating globally and thinking big

• Obsessed with growth, community and creating opportunities

• Ready to be part of something ambitious at an early stage

Backgrounds in marketing, partnerships, business development, real estate, creator economy or startups are a big plus.

Compensation

• €2,000 net per month

• Attractive commissions based on performance

• Real upside as the project scales globally
