For All Roles → Genuine passion for startups, entrepreneurship and building things from the ground up → Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving, early-stage environment → Experience or familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms → Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field — though we value demonstrated ability over credentials → Students and recent graduates are warmly encouraged to apply

Marketing, Growth & Creative → Experience running social media campaigns or creating content for digital audiences → Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing or paid digital advertising → Video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut → Portfolio of previous creative or marketing work

Tech & Product → Familiarity with AI frameworks, APIs or cloud infrastructure → Experience contributing to or building live products → GitHub portfolio or equivalent evidence of technical work

Business & Operations → Basic understanding of sales, lead generation or business development → Strong communication and relationship-building skills → Experience supporting partnerships, events or community engagement
