Role Description

This is a full-time remote role at Bloom Financial Partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting wealth management operations, conducting strategic financial research, and managing projects focused on client-centered solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs, developing personalized strategies, coordinating with team members, and deploying technology-driven tools to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in data interpretation, problem-solving, and strategic financial planning to develop client-focused solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively convey complex financial concepts to clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Information Technology tools and platforms relevant to financial services and digital asset management.
• Project Management expertise for handling multiple client portfolios and delivering results on a timeline.
• Strong Research skills to stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in digital assets and financial planning.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach; capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial products such as annuities, insurance, investments, and estate planning is a plus.
