About the Role
A social media manager is required to build and manage the online presence of a paper board manufacturing company based in Delhi, India. The objective is to develop and execute a content strategy that raises brand awareness, increases engagement, and presents a consistent company image across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter). The ideal candidate will be able to create visually appealing and informative content that aligns with the business’s values and product offerings. This is a remote role intended for long-term collaboration, beginning with the setup and management of all primary social media channels.
Requirements
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
- Strong content creation skills, including caption writing, post scheduling, and visual coordination
- Understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X)
- Ability to create and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
- Basic graphic design skills or ability to coordinate with design tools or external designers
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and optimize content performance
- Clear communication and availability for regular updates and strategy check-ins
- Must be able to work independently and remotely, with long-term availability preferred
