We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to drive world-class candidate experiences and bring operational rigor to our recruiting workflows. This is a centralized execution role, not a passive scheduling position. We need a tactical owner who can translate hiring priorities into high-quality results, ensuring that leadership can trust hiring momentum is maintained without friction.

ResponsibilitiesInterview & Hiring Process Execution

  • Manage high‑volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones, including complex virtual panels, in‑person interviews, debriefs, and executive loops.
  • Build, adjust, and troubleshoot schedules quickly while proactively identifying and resolving conflicts.
  • Communicate schedule updates clearly and promptly to candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
  • Support onsite interview logistics and ensure seamless handoffs from offer acceptance through onboarding, including initiating background checks.

Candidate Experience & Brand Representation

  • Deliver a polished, thoughtful, and human candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Serve as a professional brand ambassador, ensuring candidates feel informed, respected, and excited about the opportunity.
  • Maintain hiring momentum through timely follow‑ups and consistent communication.

Recruiting Operations & Systems

  • Maintain accurate, audit‑ready data within the ATS (Greenhouse, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, or similar).
  • Uphold compliance, documentation standards, and recruiting workflows.
  • Support recruiting metrics and reporting, including tracking time‑to‑hire and interview‑to‑offer ratios using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows, templates, tools, and documentation to increase scalability.

Cross‑Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with TA leadership, recruiters, hiring managers, and People Operations.
  • Surface risks, blockers, or scheduling challenges early to protect hiring timelines.
  • Build trusted working relationships across Growth, Creative, Operations, and Leadership teams.

RequirementsExperience & Skills

  • 3+ years of Recruiting Coordination or Talent Acquisition support experience in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder calendars and high‑volume scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, follow‑through, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and scheduling tools (Slack, Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook, Zoom).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including comfort with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • High integrity and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to operate with urgency, resilience, and adaptability in an environment where priorities shift frequently.

Additional Requirements

  • Access to a reliable computer and a high‑speed internet connection.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to the home office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DTC, e‑commerce, wellness, or consumer‑focused organizations.

This position is NOT for someone who:

  • Prefers a slow-paced or stagnant work environment.
  • Lacks attention to detail or struggles with data hygiene.
  • Requires heavy hand-holding or constant micromanagement.
  • Struggles to anticipate team needs informed by processes and prior team discussions.

Offer Details

  • Status: Full-time, Remote (US-Based candidates only).
  • Pay: $60,000 – $75,000 / year based on experience.
