The Role

Creators work with FordeBaker to create excitement, awareness and sales of new products, primarily promoted through TikTok Shop.

We are looking for someone to take responsibility for all of our creator affiliate campaigns, build our creator database and ultimately increase our client’s sales through affiliate partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have an instinct for connecting products with the right type of creator and building campaigns to launch and grow product sales on TikTok Shop.

You will understand the importance of aligning with brand positioning and how to incentivise creator’s to deliver outstanding results.

You will be the type of person that is continuously finding ways to scale, automate and improve the efficiency of our affiliate outreach and time-to-activation.

If you have past experience managing affiliation campaigns, or leading partnership with creators and influencers, this could be the perfect role for you.

The role will offer an opportunity to contribute and lead how the agency’s overall TikTok service develops.

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for key business results including number of creators / influencers at different levels, creator content engagement and long-term retention / sustainable growth
  • Create and recruit agency ‘go-to’ creator database
  • Build partnerships with Talent Management or other service providers to enable the agency to quickly engage with exclusive creators and/or access large groups of creators
  • Coordinate with FordeBaker advertising and strategy teams to onboard and establish client marketing activations
  • Report and optimise campaigns based on creator GMV
  • Recruit new creators for clients and to the FordeBaker database based on attributes that tend to lead to better sales results

Experience and Characteristics

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience with TikTok’s Creator Marketplace
  • Management of TikTok affiliate campaigns and demonstrable results
  • Wider understanding of ecommerce and marketplace trading
  • Ability to recruit and build close bonds with creators
