Brand Designer

This role is an opportunity for a talented brand designer to craft a premium visual identity for a new Australian business in the wellness sector. The project requires a sophisticated, architectural, and timeless approach, drawing inspiration from boutique interior design and high-end wellness brands. The brand should evoke calm, warmth, and understated luxury, utilizing a minimal aesthetic with neutral tones such as limestone, linen, timber, and soft black. The deliverables will form the foundation for a long-term partnership, with the initial focus on establishing a cohesive and memorable brand presence that communicates trust, professionalism, and genuine care—distinct from traditional healthcare or corporate imagery. Deliverables

• Primary logo, secondary logo, and brand mark/icon
• Comprehensive colour palette and typography selection
• Brand guidelines outlining usage and visual direction
• Social media profile image assets
• Website direction for a Squarespace build, emphasizing minimalism and generous white space
• Visual style incorporating arches, natural light, and elements of understated luxury
• All assets delivered in appropriate formats for digital and print use

Requirements

• Proven experience designing premium brand identities, ideally for wellness, boutique, or interior design sectors
• Strong portfolio demonstrating minimal, sophisticated, and timeless design work
• Expertise in creating comprehensive brand guidelines and multi-platform assets
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into cohesive visual systems
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver within tight deadlines and adapt to feedback
• Experience with Squarespace website direction is highly desirable
• Based in Australia or able to work within Australian time zones preferred
