Product Designer

Role Overview

As a product designer you will collaborate with engineering, marketing, customer success, tutor quality and data colleagues to shape experiences across the Tutorful platform, from early discovery through to polished, production-ready design.

What we’re looking for

• Passionate about user-centred design and care deeply about the details
• Strong expertise in Figma, including building design systems and style guides
• Ability to translate user needs and insights into clear, effective visual solutions
• Confident presenting work and influencing stakeholders
• Strong prioritisation skills and able to work to deadlines

It’s great if you also have

• Experience designing and optimising growth funnels (onboarding and conversion)
• Experience with UX research, including planning, surveys and user interviews
• Experience using data to inform your designs

More about the role

• Full-time, 37 hours per week
• Competitive salary
• Remote anywhere in UK, with 1 or 2 days per quarter for team days in Sheffield
