We are expanding our presence across Europe and are looking for a Business Development Manager to represent us in your country.
Role Overview
As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing partnerships with employers who require international manpower. You will present our workforce solutions, understand hiring needs, and help employers recruit qualified candidates from our existing talent pool.
You will serve as the key point of contact between employers, our recruitment team, and immigration partners, ensuring a smooth hiring process from employer engagement through candidate onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and approach employers across blue-collar industries with workforce requirements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, HR teams, and business owners.
· Present our workforce solutions and generate hiring opportunities for qualified international candidates.
· Secure employer hiring commitments that lead to offer letters for selected candidates.
· Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to match suitable candidates with employer requirements.
· Liaise with immigration partners and documentation teams to support the work permit and onboarding process.
· Maintain regular communication with employers throughout the recruitment cycle.
· Achieve agreed monthly business development and placement targets.

Requirements
· Experience in business development, B2B sales, recruitment, Client Relationship Management, or employer acquisition.
· Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to independently develop new business opportunities.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
· Experience in recruitment, workforce solutions, or international hiring is an added advantage.
Compensation
We offer flexible engagement models based on mutual discussion, your experience, and your level of commitment to the role:
· Payroll Model: Fixed salary + performance-based commission.
· Freelance Model: Performance-based commission with a flexible engagement structure.
The final compensation model will be mutually agreed upon during the interview process.
