REMOTE E-Shop Customer Service Representative with fluent Latvian and English (fixed-term contract)

Job description

• Providing customer service for online purchases
• Delivering information to customers via phone and email
• Ensuring high-quality and timely communication about products through e-chat and social networks
• Entering and managing data in internal systems
• Maintaining compliance with customer service quality standards

Working Schedule: Monday-Sunday 8:00-17:00/ 8.30-17.30

Contract: Fixed-term contract

Requirements

• Latvian and English language skills at B2-C1 level or higher. During the recruitment process, candidates will undergo internal language assessments, which will be the sole basis for determining their language level suitability
• Higher, secondary special education
• Client-oriented work attitude
• Excellent communication skills

Salary

1598-1791 €/mon. gross

(Lithuanian taxes are 39.5%-42.5%)
