Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a RET (Regional Entry Technician). The primary responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, and maintaining automatic doors and hermetic door systems. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, ensuring systems operate efficiently, reporting maintenance activities, and providing technical support. Coordinating with clients and the internal team to ensure project requirements are met effectively is also essential.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and automated systems.
• Experience with installation and servicing of automatic doors and hermetic door systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
• Proven ability to work independently in remote settings and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• A background in engineering, technical maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards is a plus.
