Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Operations Support (Part-Time Consultant)Company: SPIWAY LLC –  A Neurosurgery Medical Device Company located in SoCalLocation: Remote – PST zone preferred; Hours: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week), Morning Availability Required (Before 12pm PST)Compensation: Hourly Consulting Basis (Commensurate with experience)About Us:

SPIWAY is a fast growing ‘medical device company based in Southern California. The SPIWAY EAG platform currently benefits patients in over 115 hospitals across the US. As we expand our domestic and international footprint, we are seeking a part-time Customer Service & Sales Operations Support Manager to join our team and take ownership of customer service and distributor support functions.

Position Overview:

This part-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys contributing to a team. You will be the primary liaison for customer service and sales operations activities, ensuring our fulfillment center, internal teams, and distributors (both domestic and international) receive timely and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage all incoming orders (primarily mornings, before 12pm PST)
  • Coordinate with our third-party fulfillment center to ensure timely shipping and delivery
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking and communications
  • Maintain and update pricing sheets and distributor agreements
  • Support domestic and international distributors with orders, samples, brochures, documentation, and other needs
  • Assist with customer inquiries and issue resolution in a professional, solutions-focused manner
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, distributor interactions, and inventory-related activities
  • Provide general administrative support for sales operations and customer relationship management

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales operations, or related roles (medical device or healthcare industry preferred)
  • Familiarity with order processing requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively in a remote environment
  • Requires ownership mentality
  • Comfortable working mornings (required availability before 12pm PST)
  • Experience supporting international sales and fulfillment a plus

Additional Details:

  • This is a part-time, consulting position with flexible hours beyond the required morning commitments.
  • Remote candidates must be based in the U.S., with a preference for those familiar with Pacific Time workflows.
  • This is a 1099 contractor role.
