Onboarding Specialist (Remote, $50,000 – $60,000)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Act as the Product Expert (Day 0 – 90) Serve as each customer’s main point of contact during their onboarding period, partnering closely with our founders and Customer Success team.
  • Drive Tailored Onboarding Design and execute onboarding strategies aligned to each customer’s goals, ensuring rapid time-to-value and strong product adoption.
  • Own Measurable Success Manage a personal book of business and consistently exceed the KPIs tied to onboarding health, activation, and retention.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to resolve issues, surface potential defects, and deliver detailed product feedback for future enhancements.
  • Create Self-Guided Resources Help build and refine educational content—videos, knowledge-base articles, walkthroughs—that empower customers to succeed independently.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
